Shipping Coverage

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Fulfillment & Logistics Model

To ensure faster delivery and stable product availability, we operate a structured fulfillment system:

• Our products are manufactured in China
• Inventory is pre-shipped and stored in our U.S. warehouse
• All customer orders are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse

This means your order is processed and shipped locally within the United States after purchase, without waiting for international production or cross-border transit.

Delivery Timeframe

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days
• Shipping Time: 7–15 business days (after shipment from U.S. warehouse)

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping on all orders of $99.00 or more
• Standard Shipping Fee: $5.99 for orders under $99.00

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total.

Taxes & Duties

• Within the U.S.: No import duties or customs fees are applied

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Yhishope is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, or if delivery is significantly delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (US Central Time Zone) on business days will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
