1. What products does Yhishope sell?
Yhishope specializes in home furniture products designed for everyday use, including:

- Bedside tables
- Storage cabinets
Our products are designed to provide practical storage solutions and fit a variety of home styles.
2. Where are your products shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse.
Although our products are manufactured in China, we pre-stock inventory in the United States. This allows us to ship orders locally within the U.S. without waiting for international transit.
3. Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, we only ship within the United States.
4. How long does delivery take?
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping Time: 7–15 business days after dispatch from our U.S. warehouse
Delivery time may vary depending on location and seasonal demand.
5. What is the shipping fee?
We offer the following shipping rates:
- Orders $99 or more: Free shipping
- Orders below $99: $5.99 shipping fee
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
6.What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods:

- Visa
- Mastercard
Our payment system supports secure checkout through trusted payment gateways. Customers may pay using a PayPal account, linked bank account, debit card, or supported credit cards.
For eligible transactions, PayPal may also allow guest checkout without requiring a PayPal account.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if items are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

10. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will provide a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
11. Where should I send return items?
All approved returns must be sent back to our U.S. warehouse.
