Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  2. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  3. Send the return to our designated U.S. warehouse address (provided in the return instructions email)

⚠️ All return shipments must be sent to our U.S. warehouse return address. This is also the same address used for outbound shipping fulfillment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
