At Yhishope, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and components must be included
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or improperly assembled
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us:

- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Carefully package the item in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Send the return to our designated U.S. warehouse address (provided in the return instructions email)
⚠️ All return shipments must be sent to our U.S. warehouse return address. This is also the same address used for outbound shipping fulfillment.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Exchanges depend on product availability
To request an exchange, please email [email protected] with your order details and replacement request.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Restocking Fee
For returns that are not due to product defects or our error, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and handling costs.
No restocking fee will be charged for:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect shipments
- Quality-related issues caused by us
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit
- Returned items must meet all eligibility conditions to qualify for a refund
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy
Return Address
All approved returns should be sent to our U.S. warehouse return address, which will be provided after your return request is approved.
This ensures faster processing and consistent handling of all returned items.
